Lower Blood Pressure Without Drugs – Apple Cider Vinegar
by Marcus on October 19, 2009
Bragg Cider
Anyone who has a hypertension problem will agree that taking drugs to manage blood pressure is a daily chore. It is expenditure and unless you like visiting the doctor and pharmacist, it will be many trips to replenish your drug supply.
Natural health advocates have suggested drinking apple cider vinegar. I know an elderly friend who swears by the goodness of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. She claims that it is good for arthritis, indigestion and back pain.
Another use is as a sleeping aid although I don’t see how. A glass of red wine maybe.
But no harm giving it a try. Monitor the results. It may be empirical but if you do have something to tell us, drop a line here.
