Cranberry Juice Healthy Heart And Constipation

A study published in the ‘Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry’ shows that drinking cranberry juice can lower blood pressure. (January 28 2010)
Oligometric Procyanidins in cranberries is the specific compound in cranberries identified which boosts the health of the blood vessels. Unpronounceable but this compound prevent blood vessel constriction and this helps prevents hearts disease.
It is good for constipation too.
