Do you know that Himalaya Cold Balm or Vicks Vaporub works wonders with cough? I was a little skeptical when I first received this information and at that time, I had no chance to test it out. I cannot remember exactly when but there was this time when my grandson was unwell and mummy tried this remedy on him. It worked! I shared this information with some adult friends (way into their 40’s and 50’s) and the feedback was amazing. So don’t think that this works only for babies and toddlers. Try it the next time you have a bout of cough and cold.
Just simply apply Himalaya Cold Balm or Vicks Vaporub generously on the bottom (sole) of the feet and wear a pair of socks. At the same time you can also rub the ointment on your palm (rub vigorously) and when palm is hot place it on the front chest. Do the same to the back. Do not rub directly onto the chest area, especially on children where their skin is still tender.
Even the most persistent cough will stop in minutes upon application and you can be assured of some sound sleep
