I went on a Mount Banahaw Retreat in the Philippines in August 2007. It was a some kind of a transformational journey that offered a holiday that soothed the body, mind and soul to detox, destress or just simply delighted. The workshop was designed to assist participants to discover, challenge and change negative core beliefs. Share in the secret of nature’s power. It was definitely a haven of serenity.
