Prostate Health and Exercise

According to a recent study, it seems that exercise helps to protect men from prostate cancer. The good news is that a few hours of walking a week (read this – a week not a day).
Considering that it is the most prevalent form of cancer in men over 50, this is some good piece of news. With so many causes linked to the cause of prostate cancer like genetics, diet, vitamin D, whatever little that can be done to avoid this disease is certainly welcome.
“As the amount of exercise increased, the risk of cancer decreased,” Dr. Jodi Antonelli, urology resident at Duke University Medical Center said in a news release. However, the subject of the effect of exercise is still an ongoing debate but whatever it still is good to exercise, say I.
