		<description>I agree with Dr. Wu&#039;s recommendations.  The only one I&#039;m not convinced of is the eating right for your blood type...not enough evidence in my opinion.  I recently got a Vitamix and have been having more smoothies...it is definitely an easy way to make sure you get enough fruits and vegetables.
