		<description>The last part t help prevent stroke or heart attack b4 sleep is certainly helpful. A folk belief has it that taking that glass b4 sleep will drown the kidneys which I do not believe unless one drinks so much as to overwork the kidneys. 

In any case, that is worlds better than stroking and not waking!</description>
